The Idea
Castra: The Office is a series of six short films built on the exact same script. Each film begins the same way. A person walks into an office where someone sits working. The man behind the desk looks up and asks: Castra? Then the scene shifts. In every film, a new character steps in and reveals a different side of life at Castra. In one film, a diver enters the office. Not as a joke, but as a symbol. At Castra, you control your own time. You decide your schedule. You plan your vacation. The concept uses repetition and contrast to make one point clear. Castra is not a standard workplace.
