The Idea
Values & Culture Week is a film about people, not presentations. Volvo Cars wanted to highlight a global week focused on values and culture. A week built to spark conversations across teams, and encourage employees to take part in daily activities connected to Volvo’s core values. We chose an intimate approach. We stayed close to the people. Small moments. Real expressions. Natural light. Real environments. The goal was to make the film feel personal and honest. Less corporate. More human. A film that shows culture through everyday actions, not statements.
